Art of Baking's factory's roof structure is designed to support over 2,000 solar panels with angular inclination towards the south to maximize sun beam reception. The system generates electrical power to substitute over 35% of government-generated electricity, which is mainly produced from natural gasses, coal, and water which are less efficient and sustainable. We are proactive in utilizing renewable energy where needed.
